At Skin Deep Medispa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client services team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original clinical packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Medispa

  Send your package back to our flagship clinic using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery to our inventory team.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned products, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
